A Message from the Head Teacher
As-salaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

This report marks the end of this academic school year 2011-2012. This was my first year acting as the Head Teacher for this wonderful Primary School. The experience Alhamdulliah is exhilarating, knowing that the children are MashAllah blooming and flourishing with the teachings of this beautiful Islamic Deen. Every time I see a child saying salaam or implementing any other Sunnah my heart
glows with happiness. Being a part of the Jamia as a teacher, student or as any other member of staff, it is such a privilege that its blessings cannot be counted.

With all the ups and downs this year financially, with the children’s progress in behaviour and academically, Alhamdulliah we have pulled through with the

Grace of Allah Almighty and His blessing, and are ready for the next academic year.

I would like to give a special JazakAllah Kahirun to all the mothers who have been supportive in helping the school financially and morally, especially those mothers who attended the literacy and numeracy workshops arranged for them.

The aim of this school is for your child to gain Islamic Knowledge which is the

Light of Guidance throughout their lives, thus the status of the student who learns

Deen is the example of one, who travels on the pathways of Jannah. Indeed, the status of the student who learns and passes on the teachings of Deen is attributed
as being the inheritor of the Prophets (AS). No higher status than this can be given to an individual according to Ahadith of the Beloved Prophet Muhammed (SAW).

The road to Jannah is not always easy, and that is why it is crucial that these important principles in Islam which are being taught at the Jamia are upheld and shared whether your child is at home or outside in public.

Academic achievement is of no benefit if this beautiful knowledge is not put into practice. Therefore along with academic achievement, your child’s character is of extreme importance, as the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said that “The best

amongst you is the one with the best manners.”

I hope and pray that Allah (SWT) grants you all a special place in Jannah and

His Magnificent Blessings are showered upon you and your families. Ameen.

I’m looking forward to meeting you all at the start of the new academic year this August, InshAllah.

 Hafiza Aysha Siddiqa,The Head Teacher
